Anyone who has a lawn that needs to be mowed. Homeowners, business owners, rental property owners are all welcome to use our service.

Can I order On Demand Mowing over the phone?

Yes. Just call 781-844-1389. Be sure to have your credit card information available.

What is included with the On Demand Mowing service?

Our service includes mowing, string trimming of all areas, and blowing of grass clippings off all sidewalks and driveways.

What if I choose the wrong lot size?

If you choose the wrong lot size, we will still service your lawn. However, we will then either charge you the additional amount or credit you back the applicable amount. You will be notified prior to any such transaction.

Can I use On Demand Mowing if my lawn has gotten “out of control”?

No. Our Terms, Conditions, and Restrictions clearly state what is considered “out of control” and we do not service such lawns. However, you may contact us to request a free estimate for getting your lawn back under control.

Does Cape Cod Lawn Care offer other services?

Yes. Just click the What We Do section of our website to see the other services we offer.

Can I use the On Demand Mowing service to schedule mowing for a future date?

Yes. Our order form has a section where you can schedule a mowing for a future date.

Can I pay with a check?

Not at this time. We only accept Credit Card payments at this time for the On Demand Mowing service.

Does the mowing crew collect the grass clippings?

No. Our mowers evenly disperse grass clippings back into your lawn. If clumping occurs due to tall, wet grass, our crews will mow and blow the clumps out to ensure we leave your lawn looking attractive and professionally maintained.

What if I did not receive my mowing service within 3 days?

Please call our office to make certain we received your order. On rare occasions, due to circumstances beyond our control, we may not make it to your lawn within 3 days. However, you will be notified on or before the third day. We do not offer discounts or free service if this occurs.

What if it rains?

For each day that it rains enough to prohibit mowing, that day will NOT be considered part of your 3 day mowing period.

Can I provide special instructions to the mowing crew if needed?

Yes. Our order form has a section where you can provide any special instructions to our mowing crew.

What is the height of cut my lawn will receive?

Mowing heights will vary depending on the condition (thickness, height) of your particular lawn, the weather conditions, and the time of year. We do our best to select the right height for your particular lawn. Generally, mowing heights range from 3″-4″.

Are there any guarantees?

We are confident you will be more than satisfied with our service. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please call our office immediately. We will do our best to correct the situation.

Can I become a regular mowing customer of Cape Cod Lawn Care in the future?

Yes. At any time you may contact our office to become a regular mowing customer. By becoming a regular mowing customer, you will receive a discounted rate, receive mowing service on a regular basis, and receive a monthly invoice. You will no longer have to place orders or charge your credit card. Best of all, we still offer no-contract service! You can cancel anytime.
